brings awareness and appreciation to the concept of "Being Kind To Yourself".

Now more then ever is the time to put some attention on,

being kind to yourself and in turn be kind to each other.

The Planet Peek-A-Boo, "Be Kind To Yourself" song emphasizes how unique and special each and

everyone of us are. And why is so important

to always be kind to yourself.

"Being Kind To Yourself" is an important part of Planet Peek-A-Boo's "Mindfulness practice.  We envision this music video circling the globe bringing awareness to "Being Kind To Yourself" and in turn being kind to others.

The "Be Kind To Yourself" parade

began at the end of the pier,

(The Point, next to the small grassy park

just below the restaurants ).  

​

The parade flowed down the pier

towards the the final destination,

the playground.  

Once we arrived to the playground

it's was time for a full out dance party!
